I started with experience and qualifications in building Technology as Property Administrator. I started as Property Administrator with no Property management experience, however I did some training to assist me doing my daily functions. At that time they only had Property Administrator but after a few years Senior Property Administrator positions were implemented to which I was promoted to. During my years as Senior Property Administrator I acted for 1 month every year when the Property Manager was on vacation and also as part if the succession plan for the Property Section. As the Acting Property Manager I was responsible for managing the entire property portfolio which includes 4500 residential/commercial properties, tenanted and untenanted. Supervising an internal staff compliment of 10 persons and external staff (contracted/not based in office) of 30 persons including collection agents and workmen.
