About
Description
As agency development managers, we are typically, although not exclusively, employed by insurance companies. Our ultimate goal is to achieve sales objectives through developing leads, bringing in new business, and managing the sales pipeline. We act as a representative of our organization and positively promote the company through various mediums including special events, group presentations, etc. We also provide consultation services to clients regarding their various needs. We supervise the work of a team of agents, managing their daily operations, trainings and performance reviews.

- building and maintaining strategic relationships with key contacts
- developing sales and market presence
- finding opportunities for adding value
