What does an Agency Manager do?

As Agency Managers, we are tasked with supervising and coordinating an agency. We are responsible for agency performance and customer satisfaction. To lead performance, we set and exceed targets, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements. To achieve customer satisfaction, we liaise with clients and solve their queries. In addition, we ensure compliance with policies and guidelines. Working as Agency Managers, it is our duty to lead and motivate our team.

Core tasks:

  • oversee the daily activities of an agency
  • recruit, train, and motivate the agency team
  • analyze performance and draw up improvement plans
  • maintain strong relationships with clients
  • ensure that regulations, guidelines, and policies are upheld
