What does an Agent do?

As Agents, we obtain customer information by answering telephone calls, interviewing customers, and verifying data. We determine eligibility by comparing customer information to requirements. We also establish policies by entering customer information and confirming pricing. We oversee communication equipment by reporting problems.

Core tasks:

  • establishing long-term relationships with new customers
  • maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers
  • striving to enhance customer satisfaction through outstanding customer service
  • identifying and responding to customer needs
  • anticipating the needs of customers and addressing them accordingly
