AgFirst is part of U.S Farm Credit System. It was established in 1995, and its Headquarter is in Columbia, South Carolina. It is now providing production financing to almost 80'000 farmers, agriculture businesses, and rural homeowners. AgFirst offers all kinds of non-wage compensation benefits to its employees, such as child care plan, credit union plan, educational assistant benefits, family and medical leave, life insurance, and vacations. They also provide their employees with medical and dental insurance, along with retirement benefits.
