About Agile Coach

What does an Agile Coach do?

As Agile Coaches, we schedule meetings with the company’s managers and directors to analyze their departmental effectiveness, frustrations, and return to determine their training needs. We schedule training sessions with the staff to educate them on how to properly use and integrate the latest agile technology into their daily routine. We also provide them with various tools such as software and hardware to help them better implement the agile technology in their work while documenting each process to train future staff members.

Core tasks:

  • stay up-to-date with the latest development in the field
  • determine whether there is a need for more sessions
