The Association for Higher Education Development and Dissemination (AHEDD) was formed in 1977. It assists persons with impairments in finding work all across Pennsylvania. Youth in transition from school to work and adults seeking work in the community are among the people they help. Participants in AHEDD's services get a personalized service plan that may include skill evaluations, career exploration, and development, self-directed job search, job placement, worksite support/training, and/or benefits management counselling from Certified Work Incentive Coordinators (CWICs). They assist people to acquire more independence, become productive and contributing members of their communities, and fulfil the diversity and labour force demands of businesses via their vital job. They have its headquarters in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
