Outside Sales Representative

It was ok when I started. I had a great Sales Manager but the company was selling off to United Rentals and kicked him to the curb. New management did not honor sales territories and would let other salesmen call on your accounts and sometimes under bid you. Basically I was competing with my company. It was a sh#t show.

Freedom to run your own deals, Good Expense Account, decent equipment

Absolutely abhorrent place to work. Vacations or time off are frowned upon. Company has a problem with ethics and integrity. Will fire you even after 15 years of loyal service and dedication. Don't care about people at all.

It's a job, but nothing else
Low morale, no ethics and certainly don't care about employees

This is true. If you need a job I definitely get it. Just go in there with a positive attitude and do right by your family. If they don't like that; that is on them. It pays.

This company was not a good fit for myself, pay was decent, but there company culture was not a match for me.
