Every year, AHRC New York City forms the lives of more than 15,000 people with scholarly and formative incapacities throughout the 5 boroughs. Today, with participation involved a huge number of people – fundamentally people with scholarly and formative handicaps, their families, companions, and experts in the field – AHRC New York City is one of the biggest philanthropic associations in the city. It is administered by a Board of Directors, 66% of whom should be family members of people with formative incapacities, cooperating with a staff of committed experts.
