Hired as a QA inspector. Started me cheap, $14.75. But, I needed work. Found out quickly how bad a place Aim is. If you're not "chained" to your work station, they get extremely upset if you're not in your work area. Even to use the restroom. Very tyrannical managers, not pleasant people. Bad tempers, too.

Pros and Cons
No overtime. Pretty good benefits.
Everything else.

Terrible place to work. When things need to be addressed from production thatare absolutely hazardous management turns a blind eye. Employees are way under paid..

Pros and Cons
Place is the pits for an aerospace company
Place needs to improve on the hazardous areas

Hired for QA, kept moving me to different departments. Couldn’t really get a grasp on one department, become efficient.

Pros and Cons
