The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is America’s Pro-Israel Lobby and a bipartisan American organization which actively works to strengthen relations between the U.S. and Israel. The organization’s mission is to cement and expand the bilateral relations between America and Israel in ways that enhance the defense and security of both states. For the purpose, the AIPAC engages with decision-makers to educate them about the links that unite the two states, and how it is in America’s best interest to help ensure that Israel remains safe, strong and secure. AIPAC is by no mean a political action committee. The organization believes that a strong and secure Israel is imperative for making America even stronger; therefore, it has been striving to advance the U.S.-Israel relations for more than 60 years. AIPAC claims that working at the organization is a rewarding opportunity. They believe in team work to achieve challenging goals and objective, and encourage those to apply who strongly believe in and deeply care about stronger U.S.-Israel relations. AIPAC mainly offers two programs namely AIPAC Fellows Program, and AIPAC Internship Program.
