Initially working there was great. Then they made organizational changes. Then I had a close up view of upper managements incompetence. It still befuddles me how the executive team can run a company into a restructuring bankruptcy and still have $300K + jobs. It's about keeping the private equity company happy, not their employees.
Pros and Cons
Great medical and benefits
Can't count on them not to penny pinch at their employees expense.

Great Training
Company top heavy with helicopter culture. Fixed wing heavily relied upon and little appreciated.

Enjoyed working there very much. They are professional upstanding. They are a good support for the hospitals around the country.

Do not have free lunch there.
