About Air Quality Specialist

What does an Air Quality Specialist do?

As Air Quality Specialists, we are responsible for enforcing rules about things that can affect the air quality of products. We make sure that the air is safe, odorless, as well as free of pollutants. We make sure to conduct tests on air samples in order to see if they meet the standards. Developing air quality monitoring programs, conducting tests, and recommending new policies are some of our main responsibilities. We work hard in order to reply to the air pollution complaints filed by the clients. We also help the company so that they can develop better air quality programs. As air quality specialists, we work with seniors to determine the efficiency of policies.

Core tasks:

  • ensuring manufacturing plants as well as other factories adhere to air quality regulation
  • helping agencies developing their own air quality monitoring programs
  • conducting research in order to determine the effectiveness of air quality policies
