Job Description:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Must be eligible to work in the United States

· Must have reliable transportation

· Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of aircraft

· Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to clean and protect aircraft surfaces

· Inspect aircraft for any stains, damage, or wear and report findings to management

· Detail aircraft according to airline specifications and standards

· Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including seats, carpets, windows, and lavatories

· Apply protective coatings to aircraft exteriors to preserve paint and prevent corrosion

· Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft are cleaned during scheduled maintenance

· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition

· Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment

· Coordinate with team members to complete detailing tasks efficiently and on schedule

· Stay updated on new cleaning techniques and products for aircraft detailing

· Handle delicate aircraft components with care during the cleaning process

· Employing problem solving abilities for issue resolution

· Maintain records of cleaning activities and schedules

· Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure all areas of the aircraft are impeccably cleaned

· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all cleaning activities

· Document completed detailing tasks and report any issues or irregularities

· Working under pressure to meet internal and external targets or deadlines

· Coordinate with maintenance teams for any special cleaning needs

· Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, objectives, and ongoing projects

· Assist in training new staff in aircraft detailing procedures and standards

· Vast experience in customer service

· Possessing strong interpersonal skills for relationship building

· Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl

· Ability to apply logic and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

· Must be willing to work in an airport environment around aircraft and moving equipment

· Demonstrate the following competencies: Problem-Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal, Oral Communication

· Physical activity may include:

o Stand and walk for extended periods of time

o Ability to lift 70 pounds or more

o Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by terminal environment

o Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)

About the Aircraft Cleaner role

Material Movers Aircraft Cleaner

Functioning as Aircraft Cleaners, we are responsible for cleaning the aircraft. Our responsibility is to remove the dirt and dirty materials from the interior of the aircraft. We implement the safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment while cleaning the aeroplanes. Working as Aircraft Cleaners, we are accountable for disinfecting the equipment of aircraft. We fold the blankets and pillows on the aeroplanes and keep them at their places. We interpret the company policies to perform our work. We work collaboratively with team members in completely cleaning the aircraft within the assigned tasks.

Core tasks:
