About Aircraft Fueler

What does an Aircraft Fueler do?

We, the aircraft fuelers, are responsible for making sure that the planes and other aircrafts have fuel in them. Also, we handle and direct the plane traffic. We take care of all the machineries that are used in the aircrafts. As the aircraft fuelers, we operate the fueling trucks and also maintain the accounting records of the fuel transactions. Other than that our job requires us to be active enough to ensure that everything is mechanically well in the aircraft. We analyze the planes fuel status and make sure that they have enough level of fuel in them before they take off.

Core tasks:

  • lifting huge weight and fitting a nozzle to the aircraft
  • ensuring that the aircraft is in its best shape
  • performing daily quality control and check up on the aircraft's
