About Airport Representative

What does an Airport Representative do?

In the role of Airport Representative, we are responsible for greeting the customer at the airport in a service-oriented and welcoming way. We guide the arriving customers about the airport instructions and the policies. We also listen to the issues of our customers and provide them with appropriate solutions to deliver a pleasant airport travelling experience. In the role of Airport Representative, we are liable for carrying the luggage of VIP guests upon their arrival and providing them transportation guidance. We also answer the issues of travel desk managers to assist them in the completion of their travel bookings.

  • working individually without anyone’s coordination
  • welcoming the guests in a service-oriented manner
  • making transportation arrangements for the customers
  • solving the issues of customers on their arrival
