The company was founded by Eric Hsueh, Erikka Wang, Sarah Hughes, Jon Coty, and Gordon Liao. The head office is located in Chicago, Illinois, United States. AKIRA has extended its reach to 18 city-wide locations with 32 stores and an online fashion emporium serving customers around the world. AKIRA offers a full line of Women's garments, Men's wear, footwear, and accessories, including dresses, denim, jewelry, and handbags from more than 200 designer brands alongside conveying brands, for example, Adidas, Champion, I.AM.GIA.
