Loved working at the bakery. You learn different things daily. You have to have a strong back though for all the heavy lifting of frozen goods, pots and pans. All in all, it's a great place to work.

This job prepared me for the real world and set me up on the correct career path and the right path in general!

One of the new hired associates had a problem with my authority she always thought she could do better than I could when asked for support from the GM I got none I finally asked to be transferred out. I was set to be transferred to a store closer to my home, when I called to ensure my position there I was told there was none available that left me without a job at all.

Love this job, only left bc we moved out of state Grocery is fun, fast paced and rewarding I would do it agin if I could

They were all so nice to work with. They treated everybody equally. if there was an issue, they helped fix it right away.

Worked very hard,nonstop filling,phones & immunizations. Albertsons is constantly pushing a vaccine. Scheduled & walk-in appointments all day long. You must run to keep up. If your staff gets ill, there is no other help (no clerk or tech floats & often no pharmacist floats). The company is understaffed & very demanding. MTM tracking, immunization tracking,Covid test kit tracking, etc. You are called if your numbers aren’t up to par. In spite of short staffed I had a week where only my Tech & I were at work, still called to do more!! So stressful. Maybe this is how pharmacy is now. But it is exhausting and dangerous because an error could kill someone. I go home often in tears due to fatigue!! I wouldn’t recommend this job yo anyone but a new grad that has bills to pay.

Was a pleasant environment however Front End "manager" is self centered, self important, and self absorbed. She managed to drive away very capable, very devoted associates. Store profitability, repeat customer base, exemplary customer service had no priority.

It was only out of curiousity that I applied. I was hired on the spot and started the very same day. The store director was awesome. For the first time in my life I had a boss who cared about his employees and let it show in many ways. What impressed me the most was on my third day. A customer came in and requested I fill her grocery list and have it ready while she went browsing elsewhere. I would have completed it but there were customers lined up. I felt those customers deserved my immediate attention since they were there in front of me. When this customer returned she immediately became furious because her order wasn't ready. She went complaining to the manager and to my surprise he defended me by telling her a customer in the store is more important than anyone thats outside. This was also a very comfortable atmosphere........every employee there respected his/her co-workers. There was no rumor/hear-say-gossip. There were no liars trying to get you fired.

I started working for Lucky’s Grocery store as a Box Person at the age of 18 worked my way up as Key Carrier then the Company Merged with Albertsons I got Promoted on up to Assistant Grocery Manager stayed until I turned 40 got 20 years with them Loved working their!

I just had a great time. They were awesome in training and patients. I really enjoy the interaction with the customer's. I can only smile when my thoughts return to that time.

If u are a hard worker and love being around people , then this is the job for u , u can shop there as well and be the first to buy things

People complained at me..alot cuz I was shyer than most employees. I had issues that now fixed but despite this, corporate apparently loved me for I was there most times they were there.
