Presently, the bank operates five banks and wealth management offices in the Greater Grand Forks area and 3 banks and wealth management offices in the Fargo-Moorehead in North Dakota state. In 2003, the company expanded in Minneapolis-St, Pauls region, and neutered Pheonix, Arizona market in 2009. The firm also operates Alerus Retirement and Benefits which is a nationally recognized health benefits and retirement services provider in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
