I worked for allegis assisting with the year end reconciliation process. I did however get re assigned to Notice resolution because they had very many outstanding problems. While I was there a position doing exactly what I do became available. I applied and never heard anything. when I inquired why I hadnt heard back they told me that they considered me OVER QUALIFIED. I had a hard time accepting that because this job was directly connected to my skills that I had fine tuned over the years.

Pros and Cons
Most of the people there were nice but I did detect some age discrimination
age discrimination, not honest with job applicants
