Alliance College Ready Public Schools is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2004 to fulfill a mission of opening and operating a network of small, high performing middle schools and high schools within low-income communities. Its aim is that these schools will annually display its growth in academic achievement and graduate young scholars who are prepared for success in college. Its headquarters are stationed in Los Angeles, US, and there are schools based in numerous locations, including; San Pedro, Huntington Park, Lincoln Heights California, Sun Valley, and Watts. Alliance has a total of 28 schools, consisting of 10 middle schools and 17 high schools, all tuition-free, with an average of 93% of its students graduating high school and entering college. Alliance has numerous job openings at all its locations within numerous departments for roles such as; counselor, school psychologist, school social worker (temporary), special education, and English language development. At the end of the fiscal year 2017, it recorded an annual revenue estimated to be about $43 million.
