I loved working at Alliance Data!!! Supervisors great, some of the coworkers were great to work with and talk to! Meetings were beneficial and very informative. I wish I could work there again!!!

First the company as a whole has a lot of good things about it, they are health conscious hence the cafeteria, and your choices for food. A very robust 401k program, along with medical, dental, and vision. Time off is also within norms. Now the bad: Management not pro employees, more pro cover your and you know the rest, also they allow favoritism to run rampant which is many cases will allow certain concessions that affect your financial livelihood and are down right cheating the system that is already in place. Finally the Ugly: They truly do not care whatsoever of how damaging it is to the rank in file, nor through people who are either starting out or are trying to excel within the company. Bonuses can be made, but that is only for a select few. Manipulation is truly afoot there.
