About Allocation Analyst

What does an Allocation Analyst do?

As Allocation Analysts, we work in the detail department. It is our key responsibility to monitor and maintain the data of a suitable amount of products. We have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Being Allocation Analysts, It is our duty to collaborate with others. We coordinate with the inventory management planner to develop and execute plans. We are capable of listening to the recommendations and suggestions of all the members of the organization. We have the ability to work cross-functionally in the firm. We are also responsible for making negotiations with the stakeholders and owners of an inventory.

Core tasks:

  • create allocation strategies
  • identify customer trends to make decisions
  • develop and maintain store sales & action plans
  • create product availability plans
