Allstate was a great company originally when I got hired on. Then all the false promises came into the picture. The remote position was great. That’s really the only good thing I have left to say.
When it came down to leadership. My manager was new to the position and you could tell he was horrible at his job. I believe that’s the reason I failed. The management team did not listen when I expressed how he was failing as a leader, and my teammates with express their opinions on him to. Being new to the insurance business I would expect a little more help. Poor experience overall.

Not a job for weak! I had days with 10 recruiting appointments.
I lead numerous meetings and training events. I had awesome leadership that called me at 7:00am to prepare for day. If you're looking for an easy gig skip this one. new agents had to come to table with $50,000 provable liquid cash to even qualify. We were #1 in region.

This is a company that for the most part treat’s its employees equitably across the board. They offer descent benefits and pay, and put a fair amount of focus on work life balance. The people working there make it a great place to work, inclusiveness is a major part of their culture.

Peers are great and supportive most of the time but stress to meet certain goals can be counter productive to morale.
Back office support has been dismantle and you have to figure out most of the things on your own. Constant changes makes you wonder what is the future of the company vision in the long run.
