Alta Ski Area

Way too many people who think they’re in charge, and very little pay for today’s standards. They sugarcoat the poor pay with the excuse of “you’re just lucky to work in such a beautiful place!” It is a beautiful place and the community is great but scenery and smiles don’t pay the bills. Summer projects destroy the topography of the mountain, seemingly to make some of management seem important so they can milk a few more years and dollars out of their oh so fortunately beautiful work place. The irony. On the positive side, the equipment is very nice and the mechanics are great at what they do. Consolidate management, increase pay, and you’ve got yourself a great place to work.
