Altec used to be the place everyone wanted to work. It used to be a career. Now it’s just a job. Your co workers are great. But supervisors and upper management are awful. Treat the m.e.s like they are kings buying lunch everyday spending thousands a month for them to basically sit around improving nothing. No recognition for those who work there ass off. No way to move up in the company unless you know someone. I’m glad I left. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Pros and Cons
The co workers
Management, favoritism, terrible incentives, care about money not workers

A good place to work. That is the reason there is no union at this company. They allow the work force to be involved no matter what level you are on.

Pros and Cons
Opportunity to grow
The drive for me
