AFS was established in 1978. AFS's mission has been and continues to be to help vulnerable children and families in need of security, protection and well-being in communities. Alternative Family Services' goal is to help disadvantaged children and families in their communities in need of security, protection and well-being. AFS offers spiritual, material, therapeutic and educational assistance to families, children and young people in foster, adoptive and extended family environments. AFS needs high-qualified people to ensure the continuity of broad spectrum of services. So, it offers posts for job seekers. AFS also continues to help its employees by taking diverse measures such as employment assessment programs, child-care benefits and workplace perks.
