It operates as a support system by organizing programs focus on leadership development, prevention of violence and substance abuse, academic enrichment, and counseling for more than 3,000 Chicago younger generation and their families. Alternatives company supports and engages Chicago youth to buildup secure and more lively community networks through a combination of youth advancement programs and behavioral wellbeing services.
