Bad overall management of the OMTC contract with Department of State. Very little communications with staff and no support at all.

Students from all over the United States came to Job Corps. Majority of the students were Native American. They came from broken homes or they were homeless. Some students did not have family or someone to turn to for help. I engaged with all the students on campus. I gained their respect and trust. Some staff did not give a hoot about the students and they were only there to pick up a paycheck. If I could go back I would do it all over.
