I absolutely love the Company itself, I worked for them for 4 years just about and the Company itself treated me well, so no complaints there! It is a great Culture however, management was inexperienced and didn’t want help from those that had been with the Company longer, lots of egos over titles and eventually was unprofessional atmosphere as non-productive! They were giving preferential treatment with those people that were who they saw they would rather work with and a lot of the things were very discriminatory in both race and gender! I decided that after reporting multiple issues that went ignored or unresolved that it was best to end my growing career with the company due to these issues and I was disappointed because I had relocated to North Carolina from Michigan to just have to walk away being in a place where I have no family and new bills! My suggestion as I’ve told the legal department is to do something about it before they lose anymore great employees that love it there!

Pros and Cons
Successful if working with people that actually likes Amazon and working, Benefits.
Poor Management, Entitled Attitudes, Rapport building skills/communication is poor.
