AMC LLC does not care about the residents of their communities at all. They treat them all like garbage and do not listen or care about any resident concerns

I lived in Sawmill Crossing apartment in Columbus, OH (managed by AMC LLC) for about two years, and moved out last Nov. But so far (April 25, 2023) I have not received my security deposit of $300. I do not own anything to the property. For this issue, I have called and contacted with the property manager, regional manager, and VP. They all promised to figure out the problem soon. Then they all refused to response to my calls, emails, and messages online on its website when I tried to learn more about the status. Even worse, the property manager hung up my phone call, and warned me of harassing, and threatened me by calling the police when I called to get the update. Actually, based on the law, the security deposit must be refunded within two months. But even if it is against the law, AMC seems not worrying about anything, all the managers I contacted did not express any concern about it
