My overall experience was a friendly team, but management's technical knowledge is lacking and very oppressive. If you've ever worked in a warehouse environment, it's similar, but engineers are treated the same way. Engineers are expected to resolve security issues for multiple sites with no directive from top level management

Pros and Cons
Friendly teammates
Management

Got hired into a position and was told one thing and management didn’t hold their end of bargain. Human Resource does not treat people fairly and creates issues with employees.

Pros and Cons
Pay is ok, benefits ok
Do not lead by example, say one thing and do the opposite

Upper Management mostly competent. Middle management incompetent. Human Resources has no idea; they’re nothing but glorified hall monitors. Extremely cliquish. Must conform to local norms and trends which they prefer over dedication, education, and cross training. Facility sold often. It’s AMCOR now, it won’t be in a couple years. The organization has never heard of OCB or the soft skills. Not an employee friendly place.

Pros and Cons
Lots of OT, can make decent money if you work 7 days a week.
Constant stress and harassment.
