This is a guaranteed NO. You are only allowed to work the houra they give you. You can only Flex 2 hours a month if you are needing to change your time. Also, as of next year your pto will be your sick time also.

Easy, but dont waste youre time. You will be doing inbound, outbound, and manual calling. They claim they are family oriented and your opinions are welcome. That there is no chain of command, but that isnt true either.

No. Start with a company that has the technology updated. That has policies and procedures put in place and actually has all the managers requiring their people do the same thing consistently on every call.

misleaded sometimes, no directions what to do, people here are too eager to break the others wall to show their one is higher 😐

however the system this company uses are extremely frustrating sometimes to deal with. everything is laggy and rules are constantly changing which is annoying, this should be stopped and a clear set objectives should be there equal for everyone

I dont think customers should be a reason to degrade a business, i deal with various people and i find every mood of people someone are extremely happy and pleasent also give tip, but some are extra psycho

i worked in many locations, i have seen there are huge workload difference i would say the management must look this and reassort the manpower to each location based on number of customers or total sales not as per the size of the store 😑
