No better work environment to work. Love working virtual for them. Took care of us even into furlough from Covid. Unfortunately had to be terminated due to what the virus did to the entire industry but for what they did to care for us was above and beyond. The most capable employees and managers. If I am lucky, I will get hired back when this is over. It is ugly out in the job market but this company is beautiful.

American Express is a “numbers” performance company with the highest customer service standards. They view the client is always right even when they review recorded telephone conversations between clients and agents. I enjoyed my time with American Express as it allowed me to work from home doing what I love
