The Voice of Agriculture® is the American Farm Bureau Federation. They are farm and ranch families that are working together to create a sustainable future for their country and the globe by producing safe and abundant food, fiber, and renewable fuel. Farmers and ranchers in the United States rose to the challenges of 2020, collaborating across the food chain to assure the security of their country's food supply in these unpredictable times. The American Farm Bureau Federation has been proud to convey that tale, emphasizing on keeping their country's farms and ranches going throughout and after the crisis. On November 12, 1919, Farm Bureau representatives from 34 states met in Chicago, Illinois, to form the American Farm Bureau Federation. Farmers and ranchers gained a voice and a seat at the table with the great economic interests of the day, including industry, manufacturing, railroads, and labor. In the idea that a more flourishing agriculture contributes to the well-being of all Americans, the American Farm Bureau is the national advocate for farm and ranch families in good times and bad.
