The American Refining Group, Inc. located on about 131 acres of land in Bradford, Pennsylvania, was built in 1881. Originally, a total of 10 barrels of crude oil per day needed just five employees to refine. Their refinery processes light, domestically sourced sweet paraffinic oil. They buy much of their crude from Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, and West Virginia outlets. This essentially becomes high-quality waxes, base oils, and fuels for lubricants, as well as a wide range of specialty refinery products. Their sophisticated mixing and processing equipment can manufacture a complete range of finished lubricant products. The American Refining Group offers a comprehensive package of benefits and a work atmosphere that promotes your growth. They also built a benefits plan that benefits their employees and their company's collective success. Their benefits are Employee assistance scheme, eight paid holidays and two personal days, Escalating paid weekends, a College assistance program, an Employee stock ownership plan, 401(k) plan, Credit union membership, Subsidized YMCA membership, Short- and long-term disability benefits and Flexible-spending programs, Medical, dental, optical and life insurance, Drug plans.
