My time with Americare was great and a very good learning. The people at Americare are caring and understanding group of people to learn from and work with. They have a good program and good accountable leadership.

I enjoyed the daily function they had in place for the residents.
The company needs more experienced employees.

I didnt have my boss watching over me, she was very nice and quite busy so it wasnt an issue of being observed about my job performance but she did have positive comments as to what other coworkers said how good i clean the facility.
Due to the pandemic i was furloughed and had to go on unemployment insurance. I loved working there evem though it was a far distance from home.
Pros and Cons
free to go out and about as long as the work is done.
The distance and time to take to get there.
