I will be quick. You as an employee do not matter, there is little to no leadership. The pay is generally good

Decent employer that provided good support to its full time equivalent workforce.

This employer took on my coworkers and I as government full time equivalent employees to support the Defense Health Agency's Enterprise Sourcing Contracting Directorate after winning a contract.

Pros and Cons
Good benefits and caring people
Lot of growing pains just after winning our contract.

This company won a government contract to keep / provide government full time equivalent employees for Defense Health Agency locations (including JBSA Fort Sam Houston) and at first wasn't prepared for the nuances of this event. Eventually, they began to get the hang of it. I considered them a bit better than average in the areas of communication, pay, benefits, etc. Of course, I would work for them again if it would be mutually beneficial to do so.
