2. Job Description:

The AnalystKey Account Management Supportfunction reports to the Team LeaderKey Account Management Supportand its primary responsible for being the lead point for high profile and complex Customers. Acts as a subject matter expert for all internal and external stakeholders in addressing and resolving all issues related to an account. Provides a high customer satisfaction by delivering effective communication, information and problem resolution.

3. Key Result Areas:

The AnalystKey Account Management Supportis responsible to deliver together with theKey Account Management Teamthe agreed processes quality and systems solutions by being responsible for defined areas:

  • Manage, communicate and resolve operational, process and systems issues to maintain high customer satisfaction

  • Proactively identify trends, process improvements and customer needs and propose implement solutions

  • Establish, implement and manage operations

  • Manage APL Logistics client-related projects

4. Key Accountabilities:

  • Being the first customer contact for any process related question, problem or support

  • Establish and ensure excellent customer care

  • Cooperating with the top brands in the retail fashion sector

  • Identifying recurring internal process failures

  • Maintain the ILS Logistics Procedures (LP) and keep documentation up-to-date for designated accounts

  • Provide reporting ad-hoc/ special request basis

  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in identifying opportunities for process improvement

  • Participate and maintain preparation of regular customer meetings/ phone calls

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or a strong proven track record in logistics

  • 3-5 years experience and a very strong background in logistics

  • MS office and particularly Excel

  • Strong in communication

  • Customer focused

  • Time management

  • Team player

  • Fluent in German and English
