Established in 1946 by the Sisters of Saint Anne, Anna Maria College is a residential, coeducational Catholic College. The main campus of the school was in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Anna Maria College relocated to its new site in Paxton in 1952, on a 190 acre (77 ha) campus. The School of Business, the School of Culture, the School of Justice and Social Sciences, the School of Fire and Health Sciences, the School of Visual and Performing Arts, and the School of Humanities are split into six academic schools. The college's main motto is light and truth. It has supported young scholars with multiple career opportunities. Besides, medical, dental, and eye care, educational assistance, retirement benefits, and paid leave have been provided.
