Toxic to y our mental Health

CSR, dispatcher, operations manager - Billerica, MA - June 29, 2022
This company will absolutely poison you. You will put in tons of hours, learn as much as you can - Get a nice promotion to only be demoted 5 days later and fired 5 days after that. The pay is a sin, you cant survive on it. The upper management is right out of Willy Wonka, unprofessional, rude, unapproachable scoundrel's. I promise if you get a job here you will be in AA or NA within a month

Call Agent - Portland, OR - October 17, 2021
During my very brief employment at that location learned how to answer various types of questions and it was best job I ever had great benefits you sit on your ass in a cubicle all day and get paid for it Pretty much the only requirement is you have to know how to read and be fresh out of prison so they can get the taxes for you anyways

Call Agent - Morrow, GA - September 2, 2021
they will work you until you have no strength left. they will change your breaks 5 mins after you've gone on them to prevent management from taking calls to help out. managers call out especially the agm. no gm as 3 have quit on the company with in weeks of each other. poor pay . when speaking to the agm she always yells and talks down to her employees . also the agm is sisters with her current managers which policy says that's not allowed . they just hired another family member as well .they don't train properly yet they will write you up for something you never had training for. if your sick with covid you will still obtain a point on attendance. even with doctor notes. you cant use the bathroom in peace without the managers unpausing your phones which gives you red marks. agm states you must use restroom under 5 mins as if she thinks everybody is a quick pee person. rude and even in text or emails agm is horrible .
