Antelope Valley Hospital is a community service hospital working in Antelope Valley for 65 years. It is the sole full-service and acute care hospital in that area. Region’s sole trauma center, NICU, health care, pediatric unit, inpatient mental health care, STEMI receiving center, labor and delivery, advanced primary stroke center, and comprehensive community cancer center. As the only hospital in Antilope, they serve more than 218000 patients per year, receive more than 130000 emergency department visits per annum, have 650 physicians on staff, 66 specialists, more than 2300 employees, 450 volunteers, and 5000 babies per year.
