The Anthony L. Jordan Health Center was founded in 1904, more than a century ago, and was one of the country's first five Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). The Anthony L. Jordan Health Center originated in northeast Rochester and has now grown into a network of primary care offices and health clinics that serve citizens in three Rochester quadrants as well as Canandaigua, New York. Jordan Health is supported by the United States Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Jordan Health is a network of outpatient primary care offices where clinicians are assigned to a patient panel. Jordan Health is searching for people who are qualified and compassionate to join its healthcare team.
