Description

In the role of Application Support Analyst, our primary responsibility is to provide support to internal clients. We analyze the issues and provide the appropriate level of operational and technical support in finding out their solutions. We train the employees on the application use and its functionality. Working as Application Support Analysts, we are also responsible for producing well-organized and meaningful system documentation including the details of application configuration and its installation. We build and create a strong base for ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of work performed by other IT team members. To monitor the routine and critical processes, we proactively identify problems and analyze the latest trends for improving the existing systems.

Core tasks:

  • producing custom reports
  • working collaboratively with the transformation and technology teams
  • monitoring the routines
  • maintaining the project activities
  • supporting applications that are hosted in a third-party cloud
