I was an employee at Aptim for 26years before being placed on furlough due lack of work. I worked as a lead field Technician for most of the time but during the the hurricane season if there are emergencies I get dispatched to the troubled areas as a Q/C,Q/A personal.
Pros and Cons
Bonding with fellow employees and becoming friends for life.
Occasionally had to deal with longer stints on Site before rotation is approved
