Arbour Counseling Services

I started at Arbour fresh out of my undergrad. I quickly learned that they foster a very toxic work environment and management has no regard for their employees. I was working 60 hour weeks while getting paid for 38 hours, it is close to impossible to meet full time hours due to billing requirements, which management is not upfront about in interviews. They barely pay a livable wage and the job takes a toll on you. I felt that it was good to get my foot in the door however this job is one I would avoid.
