Job Description Summary
We are looking for a licensed architect who will be responsible for managing, maintaining and building key client relationships. Manage and lead a team of architectural professionals working with our clients to develop construction documentation for new construction and renovation of existing structures. Inspires and ignites a passion for excellence while effectively maintaining operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities
  • Owns key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Manages a team to execute client project needs providing hands on support when needed
  • Develops and executes work flow logistics
  • Ensures projects deadlines are met
  • Partners and coordinates with internal teams to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated and satisfies all requirements of contracts
  • Build and maintain a highly skilled and motivated team
  • Provides technical assistance as required
  • Initiates and coordinates measures to resolve technical and engineering problems
  • Overall accountability for client approvals
  • Exceed client expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Must be licensed with at least 10 years of experience
  • Must have previous management experience
  • Must have experience producing Design Architecture for restaurants and/or retail
  • Experience with projects starting from ground up is a plus
  • Proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques and concepts
  • Proficiency in Auto Cad and Sketch-up
  • Experience in Revit is a plus
  • Must be a self starter, motivated and is proactive in management of the process
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Solid time management skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain required performance level in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Must have exceptional standards for quality and a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team

About the Architect role

Architects Architect

We, as Architects, design structures such as houses, apartment complexes, shopping malls, and office buildings. In addition to that, we also make sure that the structures we build are functional, safe, cheap, and suit all the people's needs. All of us have a strong capability of producing a solid set of documents and have excellent designs and problem-solving skills. Moreover, we can multi-task and work on many projects or tasks simultaneously with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Our job is to find new and creative ways to design buildings and the technical skills to utilize CAD software. We are also responsible for visiting construction sites to check the projects' progress and make sure the contractors are building them according to the plans.

Core tasks:

  • leading and developing projects from early concepts and till the end of design development
  • providing thoughtful client service and coordinate engineer disciplines
  • demonstrating ability to produce 2D and 3D design drawings for meeting presentations
  • resolving complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
