About Architectural Project Manager

What does an Architectural Project Manager do?

As Architectural Project Managers, we oversee all aspects of the design and construction process of a project, from developing and reviewing building plans to make sure a project meets the defined standards and policies. From site preparation to building completion, we monitor elements of the design and construction processes. We develop, organize, and review construction plans and prepare contracts for general contractors. We ensure that construction projects are in compliance with the environmental safety standards. We monitor the progress of the project and ascertain the phases of the construction process with building plans. Working as Architectural Project Managers, we estimate costs and provide oversight for the projects. We also consult with clients and oversee scheduling and timelines.
