About Architectural Representative

What does an Architectural Representative do?

As Architectural Representatives, we are responsible for identifying, initiating, building, and maintaining relationships with key architects, designers, and developers. We introduce product lines and build brand awareness by making sale calls to existing and new customers. We work independently and cooperatively to fulfill the company’s goals and directives. We coordinate with the commercial team to develop programs for architects and designers. Servicing existing accounts with the goal of nurturing relationships and increasing sales is part of our daily responsibilities. We provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism by generating and managing specifications from product selection and job completion. Working as Architectural Representatives, we report all sale activities to managers and monitor daily call reports from customers.
