About Area Coach

What does an Area Coach do?

As Area Coaches, we are responsible for supporting the restaurant by providing consistent development to the staff members. We also encourage and coach the management team to improve performance. We utilize restaurant routine visits as a forum for discussion and coaching. Building staff's capacity through the execution of the established plan is also part of our duty. We discuss the company's goals and targets in sales meetings. We function as a team builder to reduce and eradicate communication barriers. Working as Area Coaches, we are responsible for ensuring effective usage of tools to manage financial expenses. Finally, we also serve to ensure area-wide consistency in the implementation of marketing strategies.

  • driving restaurant operations to ensure optimal outcomes
  • coaching and mentoring teams for professional up-bringing
